General Maintenance Supervisor Semi-Government Agricultural

We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Supervisor with a strong Mechanical technical background and expertise in MEP systems
. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in supervising maintenance activities with hands‑on knowledge in Irrigation Plumbing Electrical and Mechanical works
. Previous work experience in large‑scale agricultural farms will be considered a strong advantage.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing).
• Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage and inventory.
• Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge in Irrigation Plumbing Electrical and Mechanical systems
  .
• Prior experience in large‑scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
• Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.
