What you will do
As an Associate Service Engineer - Fire Protection Systems, Mechanical, you will play a vital role in supporting service operations in Doha, Qatar. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager for Service Operations Fire, you will be responsible for executing service & maintenance contracts and managing retrofit jobs in O&G and Commercial sectors.
How you will do- Manage and execute multiple maintenance contracts & retrofit jobs.
- Plan, schedule, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection and suppression systems.
- Prepare engineering documentation and technical submittals for retrofit works in O&G projects.
- Conduct inspections of the Fire Protection systems and prepare the ITM reports in QCDD formats.
- Coordinate and liaise with Qatar Civil Defenses authorities for inspections, approvals and Certifications.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance teams on QCDD compliance and fire safety practices.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- QCDD – Certified Mechanical Engineer (Grade
A). - 4 years of experience in fire protection systems installation & maintenance (O&G and Commercial sectors).
- In‑depth knowledge of QCDD regulations, NFPA Standards and Codes.
- Expertise in Fire Protection & Suppression Systems.
- Strong customer focus with a result‑oriented and self‑motivated mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
