HSE Officer – Oil & Gas (Piping Projects) | GCC Experience Required | Qatar

Salary Range: QAR 4,000 – 6,000 (Based on experience & interview)

We are urgently hiring an experienced HSE Officer for our ongoing Oil & Gas piping construction project in Qatar. The candidate must have strong GCC experience in piping and mechanical construction works and hold a valid NEBOSH certificate issued before August 2021.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies at site in compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Ensure strict adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) system
• Conduct risk assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks
• Monitor piping fabrication, erection, welding, hydrotesting, and mechanical activities
• Ensure compliance with SIMOPS and live Oil & Gas facility requirements
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety procedures
• Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and client HSE teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports

• Minimum 5+ years GCC experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Proven experience in piping construction works (fabrication, erection, hydrotesting, mechanical activities)
• Valid NEBOSH IGC Certificate (Issued BEFORE August 2021 – Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of PTW, SIMOPS, LOTO, Confined Space, Gas Testing
• Good English communication skills
