Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems for oil & gas / petrochemical operations, ensuring compliance with legal, client, and international standards while driving a strong safety culture across projects.
Experience15 - 17 years
- Lead and oversee HSE management systems across operations and projects
- Ensure compliance with HSE laws, industry standards, and international best practices
- Implement and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems
- Conduct and review hazard and risk studies (HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, LOPA, etc.)
- Support safe operation, maintenance, and inspection of upstream & downstream facilities
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions
- Advise management and influence stakeholders on HSE risks and controls
- Prepare HSE reports, audits, and performance reviews
- BSc / BEng in HSE, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in HSE management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas / petrochemical industry
- ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification or advanced training
- NEBOSH International / Diploma or CSP certification (preferred)
- Strong expertise in hazard & risk analysis methodologies
- Excellent English communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
