A major project in Qatar is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement safety practices and ensure compliance with project health, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing training programs, and monitoring site activities to uphold a safe working environment. An ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a NEBOSH diploma, and at least 5 years of working experience, with strong communication and investigation skills.

Candidates with GCC experience will have an advantage.
