Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and contract documentation in line with project requirements.
Monitor project costs, identify variations, and handle claims to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Support the project team with tender evaluation, cost control, and budget management.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate quantity take-offs and cost reporting.
Proven experience (9–10 years) as a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and project estimation.
Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software/tools.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma – Mechanical
