Co‑ordinate the development and update of all C&P related policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices, statutory requirements, and changing business needs.

Communicate the policies and procedures clearly to relevant parties through training sessions, internal communication, and accessible documentation.

Continuously monitor compliance and enforce policies through audits and corrective actions when necessary.

Develop and upgrade SAP/S4

Hana MM, dashboards and C&P tools.

Lead requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and maintenance to ensure consistent implementation.

Serve as the key user of S4

Hana development, analysing, testing and implementing best technological solutions.

Assist the company with procurement, contracts and SAP integration, ensuring coherence with other modules such as Operations, Logistics, Maintenance, Finance, Controlling, HR, etc.

Advise on solutions and developments for C&P tools (SAP, Coconut, e‑sourcing, Supplier Manager Tools, etc.) and maintain consistency with other systems.

Evaluate and analyse processes and operations in C&P to ensure compliance with standards.

Identify risks within C&P processes and implement appropriate controls.

Monitor identified risks, perform controls, and prepare reports for C&P Management per agreed timelines.

Drive improvements using CI tools and process mapping.

Lead automation and digitalisation initiatives.

Ensure changes in other SAP modules or external applications remain consistent with C&P requirements by participating in relevant activities.

Use CI program tools to refine procurement processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving supplier relationships.

Apply hands‑on knowledge of contracts and procurement best practices to upskill overall C&P performance.

Define and coordinate C&P business requirements for tool development (e‑services).

Develop automated processes through digitalisation and optimisation, continually assessing to ensure optimal use.

Guarantee that all processes comply with internal company rules, including the Code of Ethics, and all applicable laws and regulations (JV rules, country laws).

Align with HSE company rules, procedures, instructions, and legislation.

Take necessary measures to avert immediate threats of danger, exercising caution to protect people and installations.

• Develop and optimise C&P digital tools, processes and reporting.
• Develop and upgrade SAP/S4
  
  Hana MM, dashboards and C&P tools; serve as the key C&P SAP S4/Hana user.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using CI tools.
• Lead process optimisation, automation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Identify risks, perform controls, and prepare compliance reports.

• BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent.
• Professional experience: 8 years post‑graduate experience in the assigned field and the O&G industry, or its equivalent.
• Contract engineer experience or equivalent.
• Advanced level in SAP and reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS applications.

• Very good verbal and written communication, planning, organising and coordinating skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BW.
