Position:
Project Lead – Maritime
Department: Projects
Reports To: Projects Senior Manager
Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Project Lead – Maritime to develop and manage Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) projects within the Maritime domain.
The role requires strong military naval engineering experience
, stakeholder engagement, and full lifecycle project leadership from pre-contract through operational handover.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Develop User Requirements, Statements of Work, and detailed technical scopes
- Lead pre-contract activities including tender development and contract coordination
- Support post-contract transition to operations and monitor KPI performance
- Provide technical advice on maritime regulations and engineering best practices
- Support headquarters activities including business planning and exhibitions
- Present project progress reports to senior management
- Minimum 10+ years in Military Naval Maintenance Management
- Proven experience in Naval / Maritime MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
- Strong knowledge of maritime engineering regulations and compliance
- Experience drafting technical documentation and Statements of Work
- Proven background in stakeholder management and contract development
- Experience working with OEMs and suppliers
- International / Middle East experience preferred
