As a Planner, you are responsible for the development, maintenance, and oversight of project schedules across the Project. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Overall Planning and Progress Monitoring of Kahramaa Projects.
• Prepare and provide baseline schedule preparation guidelines to the contractor and review the contractor’s baseline programme.
• Validation of delay events and performing an independent delay analysis to assess the contractors’ extension of time.
• Monitor and review the contractor's progress reports, and prepare various progress reports.
• Analyse the updated baseline schedule and carry out the variance analysis.
• Review Contractor Commercial Invoice & certification recommendation to the client.
• Preparation of WSP commercial invoice for client submission.
• Support the Project Manager in all Techno Commercial correspondence.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, with a focus on Substation Projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) is highly desirable.
