Wood is hiring for Flow Assurance Intern to gain hands on experience in flow assurance engineering. Work on real-world projects alongside experienced engineers, bridging classroom theory with practical application. This is a perfect opportunity to develop your technical skills while gaining valuable industry experience for your future career.

We're looking for ambitious, curious and driven engineering students to join us for an 8-12 week unpaid placement. Whether you're in your penultimate year, final year, or somewhere in between (just not your first year), this is your chance to turn theory into practice.

Consulting:
Wood's Consulting business encompasses professionals with industry-leading expertise in areas including decarbonisation, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, renewables advisory, asset optimisation, and digital solutions. A multi-sector business unit, we are focused on providing consulting solutions during the planning, analysis, operation and optimisation of assets, facilities and infrastructure.

- Be currently studying towards your chemical or mechanical engineering degree at a reputable university (undergraduate or postgraduate)
- Have completed at least your first year of study
- A genuine interest in building a career in consulting engineering
- Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Initiative and the confidence to take on challenges
