Primary Purpose of the Job
The Senior Project Engineer – Pipelines will provide complete project management services for a mega project assigned to him. He will also manage engineering, design, construction and commissioning of complex pipeline systems and brownfield modifications. This role involves managing the challenges of upgrading or modifying existing facilities while ensuring the successful integration of new pipeline systems. The candidate will ensure delivery with the scope, schedule and budget in a safe manner and in accordance with project requirements, specifications and standards.
The position will provide technical expertise, manage stakeholders and oversee multidisciplinary teams to execute pipelines and brownfield projects effectively.
Manage Detailed Design Activities, Manage Construction Activities, Manage Operational Readiness and Assurance Process including Commissioning and Start-up, Handover and Close Out the project, Develop Project Execution Strategies and Plans, Manage Project Interfaces Management of Change (MOC), Manage and Communicate Project Performance, Identify and Manage Project Risks, Understand and Manage the Schedule and Resource the Plan, Manage Contracts including Changes and Variations, Manage Procurement of Long Lead Items, Manage Contractor Claims and Resolution, Identify and manage HSE risk.
