A leading marine operations company in Doha is seeking a Marine Operations Supervisor to oversee safety, compliance, and marine activities onboard. The ideal candidate will have a BSC in Marine Engineering or equivalent, with at least 6 years of offshore experience. Responsibilities include managing rig moves, ensuring safety compliance, supervising maintenance activities, and mentoring team members. The job requires strong mathematical skills, situation awareness, and the ability to perform in shift work.

A valid Certificate of Competency is essential.
