Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, and samples in compliance with QCS and Ashghal standards.
Supervise on‑site and off‑site materials testing and review laboratory results.
Ensure all construction materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.
Identify non‑conforming materials and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct site inspections related to material usage, storage, and compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, laboratories, and the supervision team on materials issues.
Maintain materials documentation, approvals, and quality records.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in materials engineering, preferably on Ashghal infrastructure or roads projects in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of QCS, Ashghal standards, and materials testing procedures.
Proven experience working with engineering consultancies on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
MMUP/UPDA registration is mandatory
Membership in a recognized professional engineering body is an advantage.
