Primary Purpose of the Job
Perform general maintenance and repair activities (hands on) on all electrical equipment in the offshore installation in a safe and efficient manner; maximize productivity through the effective use of all available resources. Closely work with other colleagues in own and other departments to accomplish effective cross training.
Principal AccountabilitiesFire Team Member, Investigation Member, Capsule Commander or Coxswain in the event of a station emergency in order to manage the emergency.
Perform electrical maintenance as instructed by Electrical Lead.
Context / Special Features / ChallengesComplete authorizations assessment process for Offshore Electrical personnel competency (QP-ISND-PRC-PRD-232) and actively participate in company safety procedures (Near miss /what if/ stop card) etc.
Make all efforts to improve competency gradually growing from CEP to AEP and SAEP subsequently.
Should be a team player and a self-starter with a strong desire to deliver superior results.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / ExperienceMinimum Education
This position requires a minimum post‑secondary educational background of two years studies on technical electrical subjects for industrial applications.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of five years relevant hands‑on experience in the Petrochemical Industry.
