A leading oil and gas company in Doha is seeking a Site Safety Officer to provide guidance on HSE risks for drilling and completion operations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to deliver safety training, and a commitment to improving HSE culture. The successful candidate will assist in developing safety procedures, perform safety inspections, and monitor contractors’ HSE compliance.

Candidates must be willing to train and develop Qatari Nationals to support local workforce growth.
