Senior Hydrogeologist​/Ground Water Modeler

Job Overview

Should have strong understanding of hydrogeological principles and practices and experience with computer programming languages, numerical subsurface flow models, GIS software and spatial data analysis. Should have the ability to interpret and analyses various forms of geologic and hydrogeologic data to build a conceptual model of the groundwater regime including contamination. The modelling and hydrogeology works shall be under the supervision of the client’s representative and as per his directions.

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in supporting discipline (groundwater modeling hydrogeology, geology, karst, geophysics, geotechnical engineering).
• Knowledge in geotechnical/geological software such as gINT, Maptek and 3-D geological modeling.
• Chartered or Licensed Professional Engineer (or equivalent international certification) with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience.
• Preferred academic qualification is a MS in Geology, Geological or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
