Duncan & Ross in Doha seeks an experienced HVAC Commissioning Specialist for offshore commissioning projects in oil and gas. Responsibilities include managing HVAC system installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with various teams. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering and at least 10 years' experience in offshore projects. Strong skills in installation, balancing, and HSE regulations are required.

Rotational offshore work is expected.
