Réalis is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Manager (Infrastructure projects) to join our PMC team in Qatar.
- Lead and manage the technical delivery process for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement technical strategies and workflows.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of information management models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on information management/technical models and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM/GIS technologies and advancements, implementing them as necessary.
- Prepare and present reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in Technical leadership on mega infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
- Mandatory Qatar experience, with UPDA/MMUP registration.
- Strong knowledge of BIM software and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
