Vendor Coordinator
Purpose of the position:
As Vendor Coordinator, you will respond and report to the Lead/Manager and work within the Commissioning Department of the COMP2 Project.
- Coordinate vendor mobilization, call‑outs and site activities in line with the commissioning schedule.
- Act as the single point of contact between vendors, Commissioning Engineers, Construction and QA/QC teams.
- Ensure vendor presence during FAT/SAT, loop checks, functional testing and system start‑up.
- Align vendor schedules with system/subsystem priorities and commissioning sequence.
- Liaise with engineering and procurement teams for technical clarifications and vendor deliverable tracking.
- Monitor vendor readiness including documentation, manpower, tools and consumables.
- Track vendor performance versus schedule and proactively escalates delays.
- Monitor testing progress.
- Support commissioning team in preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Support vendor‑related processes such as timesheet validation, invoice coordination and budget tracking for vendor activities.
- Identify and resolve technical gaps between vendor packages and site conditions, and interface conflicts between disciplines.
- Coordinate corrective actions until closure.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation preferred). - Experience:
2–7+ years in EPC Oil & Gas projects. - Familiarity with EPC workflows and handover stages (MC → Commissioning → Start‑up).
- Experience with multi‑discipline coordination (E&I, Mechanical, Process).
- Languages:
