Offshore Installation Superintendent; Mm
Primary Purpose of the Job
To operate the Offshore Production field in a safe and efficient manner ensuring all the activities are conducted with due regard to operational priorities, safety of the personnel and plant and environmental impact. The position having Managerial responsibilities over all personnel working on the facility irrespective of their departmental reporting relationships.
Required Experience and SkillsFifteen (15) years broad process / production background, with at least five (5) years as supervisory level in offshore oil and gas process operations.
Good interpersonal relation and managerial skills to analyze and solve problems onsite within his capacity. Should be able to handle offshore emergencies as an on- site team leader.
HSE Requirements and competencies- Management of Major Emergencies.
- Certified T-BOSIET, Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training.
- Certified Coxswain to operate TEMPCS, Totally Enclosed Motored Propeller Survival Craft.
- First aid training.
- Accident and Incident Investigation.
- Process Safety management {Haz Op}.
- Certified Permit to Work, PTW, Level 3.
- H2S / BA training
B. Sc in a relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.
