As Vendor Coordinator
, you will respond/report to the Lead / Manager and be part of the Commissioning Department within the COMP2 Project
.

• Coordinate vendor mobilization, call‑outs, and site activities in line with commissioning schedule.
• Act as the single point of contact between vendors, Commissioning Engineers, Construction, and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure vendor presence during FAT/SAT, loop checks, functional testing, and system start‑up.

• Align vendor schedules with system/subsystem priorities and commissioning sequence.
• Liaise with engineering and procurement teams for technical clarifications and vendor deliverables tracking.
• Monitor vendor readiness including documentation, manpower, tools, and consumables.

• Verify vendor documentation such as:
  • Test procedures
  • Calibration certificates
  • Vendor manuals and data sheets
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE, and quality standards.

• Track vendor performance vs schedule and expedite delays proactively.
• Maintain logs for:
  • Vendor attendance
  • Testing progress
  • Outstanding punch items
• Support commissioning team in preparing daily/weekly reports.

• Support vendor-related processes including:
  • Timesheets / service reports validation
  • Invoice coordination
  • Budget tracking for vendor activities

• Identify and resolve:
  • Technical gaps between vendor packages and site conditions
  • Interface conflicts between disciplines
• Coordinate corrective actions until closure.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation preferred)

• 2–7+ years’ experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands‑on exposure to:
  • Commissioning / Pre‑commissioning activities
  • Vendor coordination during SAT / start‑up / troubleshooting
• Familiarity with:
  • EPC workflows and handover stages (MC → Commissioning → Start‑up)
  • Multi‑discipline coordination (E&I, Mechanical, Process)

• Proficient in English
