Sr. Project Planning & Controls Engineer

Leads project planning, integrated schedule control, critical path analysis, progressmonitoring, risk updates, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, and project controls activities.
• Review and approve contractor schedules, WBS, progress measurement systems, and planning procedures.
• Conduct critical path analysis and report schedule risks to management.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, construction,pre-commissioning, and commissioning progress.
• Prepare senior management reports, presentations, dashboards,and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate planning interfaces between EPC contractors,subcontractors, and project teams.

• BSc in Engineering or equivalent.
• Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and PMP Certification are mandatory.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas /petrochemical projects.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior planning roleson large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, schedule integration,progress measurement, EPC planning, risk analysis, and managementreporting.
• Fluent in English and proficient in planning software.
