MOCC Engineer Executive

We are recruiting for the Qatar Executive MOCC Engineer, based in Doha, Qatar.

The QE MOCC Engineer will continually monitor aircraft technical defects on the QR Commercial Fleet. She/He will improve technical dispatch reliability, reduce aircraft delays/groundings to achieve 100% on‑time departures, and enhance the customer experience.

• Supports the operation of the QE MOCC in 24/7/365 shifts and reports to the QE MOCC Lead Engineer.
• Ensures accurate and thorough shift logs and handovers are maintained so information is transferred to the next shift.
• Follows and works to procedures for the QE MOCC as defined by the QE MOCC Lead Engineer.
• Informs the QE Senior Manager CAMO of any aircraft‑related defects that will impact schedule/operations and ensures mutually agreed actions are taken.
• Manages the QE Commercial Fleet by monitoring repetitive defects and proposing remedial actions to improve reliability.
• Works with QE CAMO to recommend adjusting frequencies of routine tasks to improve reliability and reduce costs of maintenance away from main base.
• Disseminates any aircraft technical discrepancies away from base that may impact operations to QE IOC, Fleet Management, and QE CAMO.
• Co‑ordinates support through contracted and non‑contracted MROs as required to maintain fleet airworthiness.
• Ensures all work performed by QR145 and third‑party MROs complies with the QE CAME provisions.
• Co‑ordinates with the QE Supply Chain Manager to order and deliver parts and material to support rectification of discrepancies away from base.

• Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of job‑related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of certifying experience, including four years in MOCC.
• Must hold a type rating preferably on Gulfstream G650ER
  /G700 or Global 5000 (BD‑700) aircraft type.
• Conversant with MS Office.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
