Contract Manager - Consultancy Airport

An international engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its team in Qatar working on an airport project. Seeking candidate who can join within 2 weeks

• Lead all contract administration activities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and change management processes.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and project deliverables.
• Support claims management, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with commercial, legal, and project management teams to ensure contractual alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in contract management on Aviation projects or similar would be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international contract forms (e.g., FIDIC).
• Proven experience managing contracts within engineering consultancy or major development environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to start immediately or on very short notice.
