Job Responsibilities- Oversee electrical design, installation, and commissioning of systems in oil & gas facilities
- Ensure compliance with local/international electrical codes and safety standards
- Perform system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Review and approve electrical drawings and technical documents
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
- Conduct feasibility and reliability studies on electrical assets
- Provide technical support for procurement and vendor selection
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of IEC, NEC, IEEE standards, and hazardous area classifications (ATEX/IECEx)
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, Chartered Engineer, or PMP) is desirable
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar
Monthly Salary: QAR 18,000 – QAR 25,000 (USD 4,950 – USD 6,850), depending on experience and qualifications
