About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying potential areas for process improvement, designing new processes, guiding process changes, and providing guidance for sustainable implementations in Technical.
Key Responsibilities- Organizes and supervises continuous improvement activities across Technical to ensure processes and procedures are continuously evaluated and enhanced.
- Measures process gaps, defines process improvements, implements process changes, and ensures that the changes meet the defined business results.
- Develops process measurement and automated KPI reporting by maintaining data accuracy in the MRO system.
- Implements process changes, brings in industry best practices, and ensures sustainable results through recurrent measurement and procedure development.
- Develops a detailed understanding of MRO systems, identifies gaps in existing processes and system capability, and proposes areas for improvement.
- Leads and controls project implementations across Technical MRO, ensuring projects complete per the organization’s project guidelines.
- Oversees engagement with stakeholders in Technical, Flight Ops, and other dependent departments, driving successful cross‑department project implementations.
- Develops and maximizes the use of MRO systems, proposing system enhancements for optimal utilization.
- Develops and executes system and data‑oriented approaches to support data‑driven objective business decisions; develops required system metrics for standard objective measurements.
- Adopts a positive and result‑driven culture by engaging and motivating project team members.
- Develops cross‑functional capability by implementing and executing cross‑department projects.
- Actively promotes continuous improvement and lean principles across Technical MRO through training of staff, engagement workshops, and implementing projects.
- Performs other departmental duties related to the position as directed by the Head of Department.
