Position: Senior HVAC Commissioning Lead – Oil & Gas (Onshore)

🔹 Work Setup: 100% Onshore
🔹 Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
🔹 Schedule: 6 Days/Week | 8–10 Hours/Day
🔹 Industry: Oil & Gas / LNG

🔹 Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead (HVAC) to oversee and guide commissioning activities across EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, operations, and facilities teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC commissioning activities across multiple EPC contractors
• Review and validate contractor deliverables, reports, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Evaluate technical proposals, deviations, and new technologies
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and system completion activities
• Witness testing, inspections, and sign off on check sheets
• Support vendor qualification and supplier approvals
• Monitor contractor progress and manpower deployment
• Participate in audits and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across projects

🔹 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
• Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong background in HVAC commissioning & systems
• Experience with EPC projects and contractor management
• Good knowledge of P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings
• Expertise in testing & balancing (TAB), AHUs, fans, refrigeration systems
• Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup phases
• Familiarity with LNG projects and large-scale facilities

🔹 Technical Knowledge

• HVAC commissioning & performance testing
• Room integrity testing & refrigeration systems
• Fluorinated Gas (F-Gas) regulations
• Equipment knowledge (AHI Carrier, Wozair preferred)
• Systems completion, walkdowns, and PSSR
