Airline Support Team Service Representative Full Time Doha - Qatar. Our team provides Operational Fleet and Service Delivery support for Rolls‑Royce Civil Engine customers within the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia region. - Provide 24/7 customer support ensuring timely resolution of operational and technical issues through appropriate systems and communication channels.
- Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to support effective communication and long‑term partnership.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support related to aircraft engines, products and associate services.
- Monitor engine and system performance, proactively identify potential issues and supporting corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, technical specialists, service partners and airline representatives to ensure service continuity and operational reliability.
- Support airline operational planning activities including fleet plans, shop visit planning, and business forecast inputs.
- Monitor warranties, guarantees, and airline operational trends while escalating significant findings where appropriate.
- Support the introduction of new products and services while preparing customers for operational readiness and implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand product and services within customer operations.
- Deliver exceptional and high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with Company standards, safety requirements and operational procedures.
- Powerplant engine systems and operations
- Aerospace, aviation or airline engineering support
- Technical customer support or field service engineering
- Engine performance monitoring and trouble shooting
- Airline technical performance monitoring and maintenance environments
- Aircraft maintenance planning or shop visit processes
- Mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering practices
- Incident management and technical issue resolution
- Microsoft office and technical reporting tools
- Customer relationship management in a technical environment
- Knowledge of Rolls‑Royce products is a plus
- Degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Aviation Technology or related technical field
- Relevant experience within the aviation, aerospace or airline engineering industry is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural and customer focused environment
- Willingness to travel regionally when required
