- Prepare and issue maintenance work packages under the guidance of Planning Engineers
- Ensure availability of alternate aircraft during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
- Maintain assigned work packages and ensure readiness for technical review
- Develop and coordinate small campaign packages including database loading and software change packages
- Maintain updated filing systems for deferments, variations, and base deferred defects
- Report accomplishment of engineering orders and service bulletins to relevant engineering and flight operations teams
- Coordinate with materials planners to ensure timely availability of tooling and materials
- Support accurate documentation and tracking of maintenance planning activities
- Minimum 2 years of relevant aviation or maintenance planning experience
- Basic knowledge of aviation regulations including Part 145 and Part M
- Understanding of aircraft and engine systems
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance planning concepts and workflows
- Proficient computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
