Starlink WLL in Doha is seeking an experienced HCS Operation Support Engineer to provide 24x7 operational support for Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions. The role includes troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications platforms and ensuring the availability of IP telephony services.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Cisco UC/VoiP operations, hands-on knowledge of Cisco HCS Platform and various Cisco components, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Cisco certifications.
