• Plan and execute assigned aircraft maintenance tasks efficiently in line with Qatar Airways procedures.
• Operate required equipment and tooling safely and effectively for line maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance procedures and recommend improvements to enhance work effectiveness.
• Certify and release completed maintenance work performed by mechanics, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain aircraft serviceability standards to meet operational schedules and dispatch reliability targets.
• Provide technical support and solutions to resolve aircraft defects within approved authority.
• Deliver guidance and on-the-job training to technicians and aircraft mechanics.
• Supervise maintenance activities to ensure quality workmanship and correct use of tools.
• Support internal and external customers by maintaining high delivery and safety standards.
• Perform additional engineering duties as directed by the Head of the Department.

High School, Vocational Qualification, or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of job‑related experience. Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or Aircraft Engineering. Holds at least one full QR main fleet ICAO or QCAA license and required approvals. Ability to arrange and hold required equipment and heavy vehicle driving licenses as per operational needs.

Strong mathematical, technical, and problem‑solving skills. Proven leadership and supervisory capability with mentoring and coaching experience.
