Primary Purpose of the Job
Ensure implementation of the Qatar Energy HSE management system by providing HSE advice and support for all Marine and Logistics department and ensure that all significant hazards arising from operation Logistics and project activities are well identified and controlled to enable Qatar Energy management to achieve strategic HSE objectives.
Required Experience and Skills- Ability to write technical reports
- Leadership command and control
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication and Negotiation oral and writing
- Computer program knowledge and usage
- Experience over 13 years in the HSE field, including 5 years of marine operation and 8 years hands‑on experience in oil and gas offshore or petrochemical industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline
- Holder of HSE training certifications from internationally recognized institution e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO or equivalent
