- Review and evaluate incoming deferred defects, troubleshooting recommendations, and tech cell support requests from line, light, and heavy maintenance
- Prepare and distribute system serviceability, availability, and management reports for all cabin and IFEC systems across fleet types
- Analyse data from ERP systems, vendor BITE tools, and other technical platforms to support management decisions and vendor performance reviews
- Support production planning and control for cabin and IFE by reviewing complex tasks, major modifications, and first‑time activities for feasibility and resource readiness
- Brief senior management and managers on aircraft system defects, troubleshooting status, and pre‑arrival or pre‑dock‑in critical requirements
- Identify system difficulties and events from previous maintenance that may present risks to upcoming checks
- Analyse current and historical aircraft check data, including new modifications, major rectifications, and critical defects, for case studies and future application
- Provide technical guidance, coordination, and leadership to support continuous improvement and change implementation within tech cell operations
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in defect control and tech cell support functions
- Minimum of 4 years' production experience as a licensed aircraft engineer with company authorization on relevant fleet types
- Holder of an ICAO Type II license
- Strong knowledge of aircraft cabin, IFE, and connectivity systems and maintenance environment constraints
- Good understanding of Part M and Part 145 regulations and functions
- Experience in project execution and technical coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for reporting and dashboard presentation
- Strong technical report writing, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and guide process and operational changes
- Additional training in aircraft maintenance planning, lean fundamentals, or safety management systems is an advantage
