• Oversee daily technical operations of the wastewater treatment plant to ensure uninterrupted and compliant performance
• Monitor treatment processes, equipment, and systems to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with technical teams and service providers
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, internal standards, and operational procedures
• Identify technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
• Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and technical documentation
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting related to wastewater treatment operations
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to operational staff and contractors
  
  Coordinate with engineering, facilities, and environmental teams to support airport infrastructure needs

• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience in wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance
• Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and control systems
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements
• Ability to supervise teams and manage technical workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills
• Experience working within large facilities or infrastructure environments preferred
