Qualifications
- Locally available in Qatar.
- Valid QID with NOC.
- Strong experience in Traffic Management Design (TMD), Temporary Traffic Management (TTM), and Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs).
- Experience with Ashghal and MOI guidelines and approval processes.
- Proficiency in preparing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), diversion layouts, and method statements.
- Experience in design review, site coordination, and implementation support.
- Strong understanding of road safety standards and compliance.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Micro Station.
- Knowledge of traffic control devices, signage, and road markings.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and phasing plans.
- Familiarity with Work Zone Traffic Management and risk assessments.
