• Exercise license and approval privileges for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft and component maintenance
• Supervise and guide licensed technicians, lead mechanics, and mechanics to optimize resource utilization
• Support aircraft maintenance supervisors and senior licensed engineers in zone-based or workshop-specific assignments
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and certification in line with technical manuals and regulations
• Verify that tools and equipment are calibrated and serviceable before and after use
• Promote adherence to health and safety requirements to maintain a strong safety culture
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize operational impact
• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by departmental leadership

• High school, vocational qualification, or diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of job-related experience
• Valid aircraft maintenance license or approval with relevant operational experience
• Aircraft structural experience, including exposure to wide body aircraft structures and composite workshops
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards and airworthiness requirements
• Ability to supervise teams and manage workshop activities effectively
• Strong communication and reporting skills
