Service Site Manager

Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Site Manager experienced in electrical engineering, site service management, or related areas. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in substations and electrical systems, with Kahramaa project experience and familiarity with Kahramaa standards being highly preferred. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage priorities, execute site plans on schedule, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Manage and coordinate site service activities for substations and electrical systems, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
• Lead and support site teams, subcontractors, and field personnel, providing clear direction, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Review, plan, document, and execute site activities while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and implementing mitigation actions to maintain smooth site operations.
• Act as the primary on-site interface with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring strong communication, effective reporting, and timely escalation of issues when required.
• Lead service projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion, while maintaining alignment with customer expectations, timelines, and project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of total experience in electrical engineering, site service management, or a related field.
• Experience in substations and electrical systems.
• Experience in project management and site execution.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in Kahramaa projects.
• Familiarity with Kahramaa substations, standards, and electrical systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop, document, and execute plans as scheduled.
• Highly organized, with a strong focus on schedules and priorities.
• Proactive in identifying risks and developing mitigation action plans.
