Key Responsibilities
- Rack stack and decommission servers, storage and network gear
- Manage structured cabling, copper and fibre patching, labelling, audit
- Operate KVM OOB and remote‑hand tasks for engineering teams
- Track DCIM data, capacity, power draw, cooling, asset placement
- Coordinate hardware deliveries, RMA returns and warranty support
- Perform routine inspections of PUE, power, cooling and fire suppression
- Support migration and refresh projects with detailed run‑sheets
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT / Electronics or equivalent
- Four years in data‑centre operations
- Hands‑on experience with rack stack, structured cabling (TIA‑568) and labelling standards
- Familiarity with at least one major server line (HPE Pro Liant, Dell Power Edge, Cisco UCS)
- Awareness of DC standards (TIA‑942, Uptime Tier topology)
- Comfortable with shift‑on‑call and site work
- Professional English skills (mandatory)
