• Lead design and development of complex highways and major road infrastructure
• Deliver coordinated design packages using ORD and Civil 3D
• Mentor and guide junior engineers across technical disciplines
• Conduct advanced analysis and propose alternative highway design solutions
• Implement quality-control processes across all design stages
• Apply BIM and CDE workflows for high-efficiency digital delivery
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations
• Ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and quality requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• 15 years of experience in roads, streets, motorways, and transportation infrastructure
• Proficiency in Open Roads Designer (ORD) and Civil 3D
• Experience on international projects, preferably GDC platform
• Strong understanding of global and regional highway standards
• Effective team leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience with BIM, digital engineering, and traffic analysis tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
