Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination activities across all disciplines including Architecture, Structure and MEP
- Develop, manage and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and manage resolution workflows
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards
- Monitor model quality, accuracy and data integrity
- Provide technical BIM support and guidance to internal teams
- Review and validate models submitted by external consultants and subcontractors
- Prepare BIM reports, model progress updates and coordination documentation
- Support project delivery teams in meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Bachelor s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on BIM experience
- Strong experience in BIM coordination for large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools
- Solid knowledge of international BIM standards and Qatar construction practices
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to join immediately
