- Develop, negotiate, and administer complex contracts from initiation to closeout
- Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
- Lead negotiations with clients, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation measures
- Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation and correspondence
- Work with internal teams to resolve contract-related challenges and disputes
- Track contract performance against KPIs and commercial objectives
- Improve and maintain contract management systems and processes
- Advise senior leadership on commercial strategies and contractual matters
- Stay updated on local and international contract legislation and best practices
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of contract management experience, preferably within infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of local and international contract laws
- Proven experience handling negotiations, disputes, and claims
- Skilled in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Familiarity with Qatar's business environment is advantageous
