Engineer – Painting (Planning & Billing) – Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Painting (Planning & Billing) to manage planning, progress monitoring, and billing activities for painting and coating projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare project schedules and monitor painting activities
- Track daily/weekly progress and update planning reports
- Prepare client billing and progress invoices
- Coordinate with site teams for measurement and work completion data
- Ensure painting works comply with project specifications and standards
- Review surface preparation and coating procedures
- Assist in cost control and material reconciliation
- Maintain documentation related to planning and billing
- Coordinate with QA/QC and project management teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
B.E /
B.Tech (Mechanical) – Mandatory
Experience:
10–12 years in Painting (Oil & Gas mandatory)
Certification: BGAS Level 2 (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of painting systems, blasting, and coating standards
Experience in project planning and billing procedures
Familiar with international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, BGAS)
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Primavera / Planning tools
Strong communication and coordination skills
Salary & BenefitsSalary: QAR 10,000 – 11,000
