HSE Manager

Job Title: HSE Manager – Oil & Gas

Responsible for leading and implementing health, safety, and environmental systems across oil & gas operations, ensuring full compliance with regulations and company standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

• Develop and implement HSE policies and strategies across projects and operations
• Ensure compliance with oil & gas safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead process safety management (HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, etc.)
• Oversee site safety during construction, commissioning, and operations
• Monitor and manage contractor HSE performance
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Ensure environmental compliance (waste, emissions, spills, etc.)
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain HSE standards
• Lead emergency response planning and drills
• Promote safety awareness and training across teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field
• NEBOSH / IOSH / ISO certifications preferred

• 12+ years in HSE within oil & gas
• Experience in EPC projects and operational facilities
• Strong exposure to construction and live plant environments

• Strong knowledge of oil & gas safety standards (ISO, API, OSHA)
• Experience in process safety and risk management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage contractors and high-risk activities
• Strong incident investigation and problem-solving skills
