Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end handover process in compliance with Ashghal requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of all PDLM deliverables.
- Coordinate with consultants, stakeholders, and authorities.
- Track asset documentation, drawings, clearances, and approvals.
- Drive project close-out with a solid background in Ashghal handover procedures.
- 8‑10 years total experience with minimum 5 years in Ashghal infrastructure/road projects.
- Proven experience coordinating with GEC and PWA.
- Strong expertise in PDLM system and related handover deliverables.
- Thorough knowledge of non‑PWA assets and stakeholder coordination.
- Experienced in preparing, compiling, and closing all handover documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
- Local hire with valid Qatar & Driving license and MMUP/UPDA.
