Slickline Operator

Responsibilities
- Assist in slickline tool preparation, sub-assembly make-up, and function testing.
- Operate slickline units under the supervision of the Slickline Supervisor.
- Support rig-up and rig-down of slickline and pressure control equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment.
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational and mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and support preparation of job reports.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members in a professional team environment.
- Adhere to company and client HSE policies and participate in safety initiatives.
- Travel as required and support mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar slickline or well intervention role.
- Hands‑on experience with tool deployment, sub‑assembly make‑up, and equipment testing.
- Ability to work in onshore and offshore environments.
- Strong safety mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Team‑oriented attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
- Technical diploma or relevant certification (minimum required).
- IWCF Level 4 - Well Interventions (mandatory).
- Mechanical or related technical qualification (preferred).
