Responsibilities and Duties
- 5+ years’ experience in GCC on the same field
- UPDA Grade Certificate is a +
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for civil and MEP works
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQ to identify material requirements
- Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors
- Evaluate quotations and prepare technical & commercial comparisons
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) Ensure materials meet project specifications and approved standards
- Coordinate with site and engineering teams for requirements and priorities
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materials
- Maintain approved vendor list and evaluate supplier performance
- Control procurement costs and ensure alignment with project budget
- Track material usage and forecast future requirements
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Resolve supply issues and find alternative sourcing if needed
