ISS International SpA is looking for 4 Mechanical Supervisors – Offshore for an Oil & Gas project in Qatar
. The positions are related to offshore mechanical activities on compression platforms
, supporting the project team during execution and commissioning‑related phases
.
We look for senior professionals with solid offshore mechanical background and previous experience on rotating equipment, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and gas turbine generators
.
- 3 Mechanical Supervisors specialized in gas turbine centrifugal compressors and gas turbine generators, preferably for offshore compression platforms.
- 1 Mechanical Supervisor specialized in rotating equipment, including pumps and related mechanical systems.
The Mechanical Supervisors will work closely with commissioning engineers and site teams, supporting mechanical engineering activities, equipment checks, technical verification, preparation, execution follow‑up, troubleshooting and coordination of offshore works in accordance with project procedures, safety requirements and technical documentation.
Previous experience in Oil & Gas offshore projects, mechanical engineering, commissioning support, rotating equipment, gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and offshore platforms will be considered essential.
Valid BOSIET or T‑BOSIET certification will be considered a strong advantage.

- Job location: Offshore, Qatar
- Starting date: June 2026, to be confirmed
- Duration: 6 months, extendable
- Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
- Rotation: 56 days ON / 28 days OFF, inclusive of travelling days
