Offshore Site Representative; CSR

Key Activities

• Serves as the Company's offshore representative for the execution of construction, hook-up, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities within the Project. The role is responsible for ensuring that all offshore works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements
• Acting as the primary focal point onsite, the Offshore CSR oversees contractor performance, worksite control, Permit to Work (PTW) compliance, HSE implementation, and coordination between construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operations teams. The position plays a critical role in delivering project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, and operational readiness while managing interfaces, SIMOPS constraints, and offshore execution challenges in a complex greenfield and brownfield environment
• The role also provides leadership to the offshore supervision team, drives effective coordination among stakeholders, and supports the successful handover and start-up of new facilities in accordance with project requirements
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, report project status to management, and support system handover and commissioning activities
