Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee mechanical design specifications ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into overall project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Manage project budgets and schedules ensuring that mechanical engineering tasks are completed on time and within financial constraints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in mechanical project engineering within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred to demonstrate technical competency.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works) for creating and reviewing design schematics and layouts.
