Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Measure completed works for payment applications
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor claims and variations
- Track project costs and budgets
- Support procurement and contract administration activities
- Prepare commercial reports and documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of measurement and contract administration
- GCC/Qatar experience mandatory
